Guangxi Technology and Business Vocational College(GBC), founded in 1953, is a state-run public full-time general higher education institution, with the type and level as a higher vocational college. GBC has 4 campuses, namely Pengfei Campus, Zhongyao Campus, Xincun Campus and Wuming Campus, covering an area of more than 1,600 mu, with 9 secondary colleges, 50 programs and more than 24,000 full-time students. As a high-level higher vocational college and program construction unit in Guangxi, GBC has been awarded as an outstanding unit of employment and entrepreneurship work for graduates of general higher education institutions in the autonomous region for 16 times. 2025年，學校計劃招收計算機應用技術（30人）、電子商務（20人）兩個專業的國際學生，報名截止時間為2025年8月15日，入校注冊時間為9月。

In 2025, GBC plans to enroll international students in two programs, Computer Application Technology (30 students) and E-Commerce (20 students), with the application deadline set on August 15, 2025, and the registration for admission to the school will take place in September.

（一）非中國國籍公民，持有效外國護照并符合《教育部關于規范我高等學校接受國際學生有關工作的通知》（教外函〔2020〕12號）的相關規定。

(I) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens who hold a valid foreign passport and meet the relevant provisions of the Notice by the Ministry of Education of Regulating Admission of International Students in China's Higher Education Institutions (Letter No. 12 [2020] of the Ministry of Education).

（二）具有高中畢業或同等學歷，年齡在18周歲以上、30周歲以下，身體健康，品行端正。

(II) Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old and less than 30 years old, be in good health, and be of good moral character.

（三）具備一定的漢語基礎，需達到漢語水平考試（HSK）3級及以上水平。

(III) Applicants should have some basic Chinese language skills and need to reach HSK Band 3 or above.

（四）高中或同等學歷，成績優良。

(IV) Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent in good standing.

（五）無違法犯罪記錄。

(V) Applicants should not have any criminal record.

五、申請材料

(V) Application Materials

（一）廣西工商職業技術學院國際學生入學申請表；

(I) Admission Application Form for International Students of Guangxi Technology and Business Vocational College;

（二）廣西工商職業技術學院國際學生入學承諾書；

(II) Admission Commitment for International Students of Guangxi Technology and Business Vocational College;

（三）有效期12個月以上的國際護照的個人信息頁彩色復印件或掃描件；

(III) A color copy or scanned copy of the personal information page of an international passport valid for more than 12 months;

（四）漢語水平考試（HSK）三級及以上證書；

(IV) Certificate of HSK Band 3 or above;

（五）自我介紹視頻（中文，時長≤2分鐘）；

(V) Self-introduction video (in Chinese, length of time greater than or equal to 2 minutes);

（六）1年內有效健康證明；

(VI) A valid health certificate issued within 1 year;

（七）無違法犯罪記錄；

(VII) Certificate of no criminal record;

（八）2寸白底證件照片8張；

(VIII) Eight 2-inch ID photos with white background;

（九）最高學歷階段成績單（需提供英文或中文翻譯件）；

(IX) Transcripts of the highest level of education (English or Chinese translation required);

（十）最高學歷證明的掃描件，非中、英文本需附經公證的中文和英文翻譯件，被錄取后補交相關原件。如申請者為在校學生，需提供所在學校出具的在學證明（須注明成績合格，可按時取得畢業證），入學時須補交最高學歷證明。

(X) Scanned copy of the highest academic qualification certificate, non-Chinese or English text must be accompanied by notarized Chinese and English translations, and the relevant original documents should be submitted after being admitted. If the applicant is a current student, he/she is required to provide a certificate of enrollment issued by his/her school (which must state that he/she has passing grades and will be able to obtain his/her graduation certificate on time), and he/she is required to submit a certificate of his/her highest level of education upon enrollment.

六、申請流程

VI. Application Procedures

（一）網上申請：申請人需于報名截止時間之前將申請材料發送至郵箱gxgsxygjc@163.com；

(I) Online application: Applicants should send their application materials to the email address gxgsxygjc@163.com before the application deadline;

（二）材料審核：學校將對申請人提交的材料進行審核，審核通過后將通知申請人參加面試；

(II) Materials review: We will review the materials submitted by the applicants, and will notify the applicants to attend the interview after they pass the review;

（三）面試：面試主要考察學生的語言能力、專業認知、跨文化適應能力和個人綜合素質等。面試方式為線下面試或線上面試（根據實際情況確定）；

(III) Interview: The interview mainly examines the students' language ability, professional knowledge, cross-cultural adaptability and comprehensive personal qualities. The interview will be conducted either offline or online (to be determined based on the actual situation);

（四）錄取通知：面試合格者，學校將發放《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》；

(IV) Notification of acceptance: For those who pass the interview, we will issue a Letter of Acceptance and Visa Application Form for Foreign Students for Study in China;

（五）辦理簽證：申請人持《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》等相關材料到中國駐外使領館辦理X1簽證（學習類長期簽證）；

(V) Visa application: Applicants should apply for X1 visa (long-term visa for study) at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General abroad with the Letter of Acceptance and Visa Application Form for Foreign Students for Study in China and other relevant documents;

（六）報到注冊：申請人按照《錄取通知書》上規定的時間到校報到注冊，辦理入學手續。

(VI) Registration: Applicants should register at the school according to the time specified in the Letter of Acceptance and go through the registration procedures.

七、教學安排

VII. Teaching Arrangements

（一）教學語言：計算機應用技術、電子商務專業均為漢語授課教學模式。

(I) Language of teaching: The Computer Application Technology and E-Commerce programs are taught in Chinese.

（二）課程設置：課程分為公共基礎課程、專業基礎課程、專業核心課程和實踐教學環節。公共基礎課程包括漢語、中國概況、中國文化、體育等；專業課程根據各專業培養目標和要求設置，注重理論與實踐相結合；實踐教學環節包括實驗、實訓、實習等方式，培養學生的實踐能力和創新能力。

(III) Curriculum setting: The curriculum is divided into public basic courses, professional basic courses, specialized core courses and practical teaching sessions. The public basic courses include Chinese Language, A Survey of China, Chinese Culture, Physical Education, etc.; the specialized courses are set up according to the cultivation objectives and requirements of each program, focusing on the combination of theory and practice; the practical teaching sessions include experiments, practical training, internships, etc., to cultivate the students' practical ability and innovation ability.

（三）教學方法：采用多樣化的教學方法，如課堂講授、小組討論、案例分析、項目驅動、實踐教學等，激發學生的學習興趣和主動性。同時，充分利用現代教育技術手段開展教學，提高教學效果。

(III) Teaching methods: Diversified teaching methods are adopted, such as classroom lectures, group discussions, case studies, project-driven teaching, and practical teaching, to stimulate students' interest and initiative in learning. Additionally, we fully utilize modern educational technology means to carry out teaching and improve the teaching effect.

（四）培養模式：采用2+1模式進行培養，2年在校學習+1年實習及預就業。

(IV) Cultivation mode: Students are cultivated in 2+1 mode, namely 2-year study in school + 1-year internship and pre-employment.

學校設立國際學生獎學金，國際學生在第一學年學籍注冊時，可獲得一等獎學金。

GBC has established scholarships for international students, and international students are eligible for a first-class scholarship when they register for their first year of study.

第二學年起，獎學金用于獎勵品學兼優的國際學生，考過HSK4級及以上等級證書或綜合排名在專業前30%的學生，可獲得一等獎學金，其余學生獲二等獎學金。

Starting from the second academic year, the scholarships are used to reward international students with both good character and academic excellence. Students who have obtained the certificate for HSK Band 4 or above or who are in the top 30% of the overall rankings are awarded the first-class scholarships, while the rest of the students are awarded the second-class scholarships.

獎學金標準：一等獎學金為14000元；二等獎學金為10000元。

Scholarship criteria: 14,000 yuan for first-class scholarship; 10,000 yuan for second-class scholarship.

評定時間：從第二學年開始評定和發放，每學年評定一次。

Evaluation period: Scholarships are evaluated and awarded beginning in the second academic year and are evaluated once per academic year.

IX. Campus Life

（一）學習支持：學校為國際學生提供學習指導和幫助，設立國際交流合作處，安排專業教師為學生答疑解惑，幫助學生解決學習中遇到的困難和問題。同時，組織開展各類學術講座、學習交流活動，拓展學生的知識面和視野。

(I) Learning support: GBC provides international students with learning guidance and assistance by setting up the International Exchange and Cooperation Office and arranging professional teachers to answer questions and help students solve difficulties and problems encountered in their studies. Meanwhile, various academic lectures and learning exchange activities are organized to expand students' knowledge and vision.

（二）生活服務：為國際學生提供良好的生活條件，提供豐富多樣的餐飲服務，滿足不同學生的飲食需求。加強校園醫療保健服務，組織國際學生購買醫療保險，定期組織體檢，保障學生的身體健康。

(II) Living services: We provide good living conditions for international students and offer a wide variety of catering services to meet the dietary needs of different students. We will also strengthen campus health care services, organize medical insurance for international students, and organize regular medical check-ups to protect students' health.

  （三）文化活動：積極組織國際學生參加各類文化活動，如中國傳統文化體驗活動、中外學生交流活動、文體比賽等，讓國際學生更好地了解中國文化，融入校園生活，增強其對學院的歸屬感和認同感。

(III) Cultural activities: International students are actively organized to participate in various cultural activities, such as traditional Chinese cultural experience activities, Chinese and foreign student exchange activities, cultural and sports competitions, so as to enable international students to better understand the Chinese culture, integrate into the campus life, and enhance their sense of belonging and identification with the college.
